Roll-Off Department Route Closer- Billing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews roll-off drivers daily sheets for proper billing and productivity reports.
  • Compile and organize drivers’ paperwork along with copying and filing customers work orders.
  • Data entry in TRUX Software system. Complete the roll-off drivers’ daily sheets by checking and closing the customers work orders. This may require finding and entering weight tickets if applicable.
  • Properly enter LEED recycling breakdown in TRUX weigh-it system.
  • Scan and email customers, brokers and other disposal companies their required backup paperwork.
  • Print unbilled revenue reports. Match customers work orders and dump tickets against this report.
  • Generate customer invoices. Match backup paperwork to invoices for required customers.
  • Email invoices with back up paperwork for required customers.
  • Check staged loads with dispatch.
  • File paperwork as necessary.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous experience working with billing. Must be well-organized and detail driven.
  • Ability to utilize and understand computer applications and techniques as necessary in the completion of daily assignments.
  • Ability to handle required mathematical calculations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, and other team members.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clerical experience in an office and/or operations environment.
  • Excellent typing/data entry skills required
