How can I avoid the $9.95 Manual Payment Fee?

To avoid the Manual Payment Fee, customers must enroll in automatic payments.

Automatic Payment: Set up your account for auto pay. Avoid additional credit card fees by setting up payments directly from your checking or savings account.

What is needed to sign up for auto pay and paperless billing?

You will need your account number, invoice number and the amount due on your current invoice.

If I sign up to Go Paperless, how will I receive my bills?

You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay. Email notifications go to the email address used when you registered.

Are there any additional fees if I choose to use my credit card for autopay?

Yes, credit cards are subject to a standard processing fee. Fees vary by state and are subject to change. You can avoid credit card fees by using ACH as the payment method for your automatic payments.

Why would I want to sign up for autopay?

Choosing to sign up for autopay, you eliminate the need to manually pay your bills each month. It saves you money on stamps. It’s hassle free.

Why sign-up paperless?

Going paperless reduces paper waste, benefiting the environment. Every month we send out thousands of invoices and envelopes that end up being disposed of. Switching to paperless reduces this waste and saves trees too!

LRS Observes the Following Holidays for Updated Service Schedules

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, that actual day is the observed holiday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, then Monday would be the observed day off.

Municipal Holiday Schedule

Deerfield, Clarendon Hills, Highland Park, Hinckley, Highwood, Riverwoods, Western Springs, Bannockburn, Wheaton, Shields Township, Lisle Township, Plato Township, Campton Township, Virgil Township, Kaneville Township, Blue Island, Waterman, Golf, Cortland, Des Plaines, Geneva, Lisle, La Grange Park, Elburn, Elmwood Park, DeKalb, Sugar Grove, Worth, Montgomery, Unincorporated Cook, DeKalb, Lake, DuPage, Kane, Will County: residential pickup is behind one day throughout the week of the given holiday.
Skokie, Winnetka, St. Charles, Glencoe: if the holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, services will be behind one day (Glencoe, note: if the holiday falls on Thursday/ Friday, services for these two days only are behind one day)
