As Environmental Social Governance (ESG) considerations gain importance for investors, frameworks are evolving to assess and improve asset sustainability. The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is a globally recognized standard for evaluating ESG performance.
In 2024, we increased our score by 31% from our 2023 submission. We remain dedicated to ongoing improvement and aim to increase our GRESB score each year.
