The Environment

At our Construction and Demolition and Single Stream MRFs, we divert over fifteen different types of materials including paper, cardboard, cartons, plastic, glass, metal, wood, shingles, food waste, and concrete.

 

In 2024 we diverted:

Corporate Governance

As Environmental Social Governance (ESG) considerations gain importance for investors, frameworks are evolving to assess and improve asset sustainability. The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) is a globally recognized standard for evaluating ESG performance.

 

In 2024, we increased our score by 31% from our 2023 submission. We remain dedicated to ongoing improvement and aim to increase our GRESB score each year.
