To request a residential service quote for your home, please call us at 844-NEED-LRS or email Service@LRSrecycles.com with your service address, phone number and what kind of service you are interested in starting with LRS (waste collection, recycling collection and/or yard waste/organics collection) and one of our representatives will contact you regarding your quote as soon as possible.

Have a question about your account or would like to change your account information? If so, contact us at 844-NEED-LRS or email Service@LRSrecycles.com with your service address, phone number and your account question and then one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with any questions you may have.

If you are a new LRS customer, please call us at 844-NEED-LRS or email Service@LRSrecycles.com with your service address, phone number and what kind of service (residential waste and recycling collection, commercial waste and recycling collection, porta potty service, roll-off dumpster service, etc.) you are starting with LRS and then one of our representatives will be able to assist you as soon as possible.

Are you an LRS customer and have questions about what you can and cannot recycle in your LRS containers or carts? If so, utilize our recycle guide below to distinguish what you can or cannot put in your recycle cart. If you have questions about something that is not on the recycle guide below, email Service@LRSrecycles.com with your name, full service address and your recycling or disposal question and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible.

LRS observes six holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Find your municipality and utilize the information below to see if the holidays will impact your service.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, that actual day is the observed holiday.

If a holiday falls on a Sunday, then Monday would be the observed day off.

LRS Recycling Guidelines

Municipal Holiday Schedule

  • Deerfield, Clarendon Hills, Highland Park, Hinckley, Highwood, Riverwoods, Western Springs,  Bannockburn, Wheaton, Shields Township, Lisle Township, Plato Township, Campton Township, Virgil Township, Kaneville Township, Blue Island, Waterman, Golf, Cortland, Des Plaines, Geneva, Lisle, La Grange Park, Elburn, Elmwood Park, DeKalb, Sugar Grove, Worth, Montgomery, Unincorporated Cook, DeKalb, Lake, DuPage, Kane, Will County: residential pickup is behind one day throughout the week of the given holiday.
  • Skokie, Winnetka, St. Charles, Glencoe: if the holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday, services will be behind one day (Glencoe, note: if the holiday falls on Thursday/ Friday, services for these two days only are behind one day)

My Waste, Recycling or Yard Waste Was Not Collected. What Should I Do?

Was your waste, recycling or yard waste not collected on your service day? If so, please complete the form below or email Service@LRSrecycles.com and provide your name, full service address and which service was not collected. Our team will look into it and schedule a recovery pick up for you.
