As we all continue to strive to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, it is important to remember our actions impact other people.
Follow guidelines set forth by the CDC such as avoiding crowded areas, staying home when you feel sick and not touching your mouth, nose or eyes with unclean hands. Following the three W’s are also a crucial part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. Utilize the tips below to learn and remember the Three W’s.

As the new year begins and the COVID-19 pandemic continues, there are plenty of things that we can do to help continue to minimize the spread of the virus in 2021. Staying home when we feel ill, not touching our mouth, nose or eyes with unclean hands and seeking medical attention when needed are a few ways that we can do our part to help mitigate the spread of the virus. The three W’s are also crucial in protecting yourself, your loved ones and others around you from the COVID-19 virus. Learn more about the three W’s below to do your part in slowing the spread of the virus during 2021.

Wear Your Face Mask

It is crucial to wear a face mask or covering over your nose and mouth to limit your chance of contracting COVID-19 or unknowingly passing it on to someone else.

Watch Your Distance

Social distancing and staying six feet apart from other people can tremendously lower your chances of getting or passing on the virus to others.

Wash Your Hands

Washing your hands for at least 20 seconds after touching frequently touched surfaces and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces is a great way to keep unwanted germs away.
