Mill Creek Enrollment & Cart Exchange

Welcome to the LRS Mill Creek Service Enrollment or Service Change Request web portal.  We look forward to servicing the Mill Creek Community beginning the week of November 1st, 2021! Mill Creek residents may use this web portal to:
  • Provide LRS with your mailing address
  • Choose to receive quarterly bill by mail or e-mail (paperless billing option)
  • Change from your current service level and request different size and type of cart(s) for weekly service

  • LRS will begin delivering carts through the month of November.
  • Requests received after Oct 7th may take up to 60 days to be delivered during the initial transition period.
  • If you receive the wrong size or type of cart(s), or would like to select different cart services than you currently have, please complete this form.
  • Requests submitted after Nov 30 will incur a $20.00 delivery charge.
  • If you submit service changes and need to make a revision, please do not submit this again and contact LRS Customer Service at 844-NEED-LRS .
  • If you requested an exchange of the cart you received, you must leave the other cart out at the curb to be exchanged.

3 CART PROGRAM | Includes one (1) cart for recycle, garbage and yard waste = $19.75 per month

All garbage and yard waste placed outside of the LRS carts require one Mill Creek Waste Sticker per item.

2 CART PROGRAM | Includes a cart for recycle and garbage = $16.75 per month

All garbage and yard waste placed outside of the LRS carts require one Mill Creek Waste Sticker per item.

1 CART PROGRAM | Includes a cart for recycle = No monthly charge | Sticker Program

All garbage and yard waste require Mill Creek Waste Stickers.

  • PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR REQUEST TO ENSURE YOU’VE SELECTED THE SERVICE YOU WOULD LIKE.
