  • Ongoing Service Updates – 12.1-12.5

    Date: Monday, December 1, 2025 - Friday, December 5, 2025

    Impacted Location: Customers Located In All LRS Service Areas

    For any customers who have not yet been serviced due to the ongoing winter service delays, please leave your carts out from 6 AM–5 PM throughout the remainder of the week. Our teams are working hard to ensure all services are fulfilled this week. For more information on local service alerts, please check our dedicated area Facebook pages.

  • Winter Service Delays – 11.29 & 11.30

    Date: Saturday, November 29, 2025

    Impacted Location: Customers Located In All LRS Service Areas

    Due to winter weather conditions, we are experiencing delays on service routes. We're doing our best to finish all routes, but some areas may not be collected today. For customers who aren't serviced by Tuesday, we will provide double collection on your normal service day.

  • Thanksgiving Day Service Update

    Date: Thursday, November 27, 2025

    Impacted Location: Customers Located In All LRS Service Areas (Except Harrison, AR, Skokie, IL, Winnetka, IL, and Glencoe, IL)

    In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all routes for the rest of the week will take place one day later.

    • Scheduled service for Thursday, 11.27 will take place on Friday, 11.28
    • Scheduled service for Friday, 11.28 will take place on Saturday, 11.29

  • Labor Day Service Update

    Date: Monday, September 1, 2025

    Impacted Location: Customers Located In All LRS Service Areas (Except Northwest Arkansas, Skokie, IL, Winnetka, IL, and Glencoe, IL)

    In observance of Labor Day, all services will be delayed by one day during the week of Monday, September 1, 2025.  

  • Independence Day Service Update

    Date: Friday, July 4, 2025

    Impacted Location: Customers Located In All LRS Service Areas (Except Kansas, Arkansas, Skokie, IL, and Winnetka, IL)

    Due to the Independence Day holiday, services scheduled for Friday, July 4 will be delayed by one day. Friday service will take place on Saturday, July 5.  

  • Memorial Day Weekend Service Update

    Date: Monday, May 26, 2025

    Impacted Location: All LRS Facilities Except Beecher City, Harrison, and Bethel Heights

    LRS facilities will be closed on Memorial Day. Routes run a day later than usual following the holiday.
